Welcome to Pine Class

Welcome to Pine Class. It is our first year in big school.

Our Teacher is Mrs Bissett and our HLTA is Mrs Bush. 

How do we learn in Pine Class?

We learn in a stimulating and fun environment where we explore the seven areas of the Early Years Foundation Curriculum: Personal, Social and Emotional Development, Physical Development, Communication and Language, Literacy, Mathematics, Understanding the World and Expressive Arts and Design.  We learn in our classrooms and our woodland area and try and use our outside classroom every day ! 

We enjoy exploring, building upon existing knowledge and discovering new things with our each other !

On Thursdays we enjoy taking part in Forest School, with Ms Groves. We can explore the outside world and get a bit mucky at the same time. It is so much fun ! 

 We love stories in Pine Class and enjoy sharing them every day.

At the end of the day, we also take time to share our class prayer:

Now our day in school is done,

We say goodbye to everyone,

Keep us safe from harm we pray,

Until we meet another day.
